Inspired by his personal journey of self-discovery and cultural identity, he founded SITTY in 2018 with a mission to empower individuals through storytelling and community engagement. Born in Kenya and raised between cultures, Tex understands the power of connection—both within ourselves and across communities. His experiences navigating different cultural landscapes shaped his passion for bridging the gap between the diaspora and their roots, creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Through SITTY, Tex continues to champion meaningful conversations, amplify unheard voices, and drive positive change. His work reflects a deep commitment to personal growth, social impact, and the belief that staying true to yourself is the first step toward transforming the world around you.
