Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals and groups by facilitating the necessary discussion of how to value self and community. Through the podcast series, S.I.T.T.Y empowers dedicated youth and adults with a scholarship, internship program, and culturally-relevant discussions.
Our vision is to establish a theme of self and community for each individual and group to understand the importance of controlling your narrative. As a result, our communities would benefit from confident, competitive leaders representing broad perspectives and sectors of society.

Scholarship ProgramThe purpose of this S I T T Y education and culture scholarship is to help students from the Diaspora who have financial or personal hardships to overcome and other minority community groups.
Education for Maasai ChildrenThank to everyone that contributed in supporting the education and maintenance of the two Maasai girls. Let’s continue creating opportunities, developing individuals and communities and establishing methods of facilitating the necessary discussion of how to value self and community.

Writing internshipThis internship is to promote a global atmosphere of exploring and engaging with other cultures while broadening perspective and involvement in the world. This program is seeking individuals who are willing to explore with proven knowledge and experience. The purpose is to provoke creative writing.
Education and Career EmpowermentAs on organization, we believe in an impact that represents and addresses the reality faced in the journey of attaining higher education, that indicates pathways for equitable change and celebrating the diversity of life-changing results we are humbled to have brought about.
We have provided over $2000 in scholarship to college students. We have propelled the career of college students by providing them a paid internship opportunity. We are discovering and celebrating their authentic selves and pursuing their passions. |
